From our humble beginnings, to becoming the region’s premier provider of commercial HVAC services, the story of Air Control Systems has been quite a ride—and we’re in it for the long haul.

For 30 years, ACS has worked tirelessly installing, repairing, and maintaining the heating and air conditioning equipment of southern California. Because of this unwavering work ethic and focused commitment to the customer’s needs, ACS has distinguished itself within the industry. We remain a family owned and operated business, with the same passion for service with which the company was founded all those years ago.

It all began with four employees in 1991, taking on a few commercial HVAC projects. But within two years, the company had grown to 15 employees, moving locations to an office in Corona, CA.

2008 brought us to our current flagship facility in Ontario, CA. In 2021, the ACS footprint grew as we opened a second office in San Diego.

CBRE is the global leader in real estate services.

The firm that is now CBRE traces its roots to San Francisco in 1906. By the 1940s, that firm grew to become one of the largest commercial real estate services companies in the western United States. In the 1960s and 1970s, the company went public and expanded both its service portfolio and geographic coverage to become a full-service provider with a growing presence throughout the United States. In the 1980s, the firm was owned by Sears, Roebuck.

Dedeaux Properties

Founded by legendary baseball coach and business icon Rod Dedeaux, Dedeaux Properties has enjoyed a rich history of success throughout the years.

Coach Dedeaux’s exploits on the baseball diamond have been well-documented and he was best known for leading the University of Southern California to 11 National Championships, coaching two Olympic teams in 1964 and 1984, and being named College Baseball Coach of the Century.

Mr. Dedeaux was also a successful businessman and used his abundance of energy and business acumen to found Dart in 1938. Over the years the company grew to be a nationwide logistic firm, offering third-party facility management, warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment and transportation with over 1,000 employees.
