Detrimental Commercial Lease Mandates
The commercial real estate industry is advocating against Senate Bill 1103 (Menjivar; D – Van Nuys). This bill will harm the people it’s trying to help – disrupting the commercial leasing landscape by imposing requirements detrimental to both property owners and the small businesses and nonprofits this bill aims to protect.
We urge you to contact the state senators representing the districts you live and own assets in to advocate against SB 1103 ASAP before it comes up for a floor vote this week.
