Bob Jacob has been a partner at HPA, Inc. since 2000 and has managed the design and completion of millions of square feet of industrial and office facilities throughout the United States. Working with both developers and corporate users, Bob has been the lead architect for many of the largest industrial projects completed in the last decade in the Southwest. In addition to California, Bob is licensed as an architect in ten states. Significant projects include the fifteen story Renaissance Hotel in Las Vegas, the largest non-gaming hotel in Nevada. Bob is a local graduate of the architecture school at Cal Poly, where he was the 1988 recipient of the Paris Prize in an international design competition.
Bob is an active participant in the real estate industry. He is a member of the International Code Council and the American Institute of Architects. Bob was the co-author of the NAIOP publication, Rules of Thumb for Distribution/Warehouse Facilities Design.
